The company procures used and scrap lead-acid batteries from industries, factories, recyclers, and suppliers across different states in India. The primary objective of the company is to recover lead from battery scrap through environmentally responsible recycling processes and convert it into high-quality Lead Ingots, which are supplied to battery Manufacturers, alloy producers, cable manufacturers, chemical industries, and other industrial users. Lead-acid battery recycling is one of the most important sectors in sustainable metal recovery, as lead is highly recyclable and widely used in automotive batteries, UPS batteries, inverter
batteries, telecom batteries, and industrial backup systems. Modern recycling plants use battery cutting systems, rotary furnaces, refining kettles, and ingot casting machines to recover lead efficiently while maintaining pollution control standards

The scrap batteries are first dismantled using battery cutting/crushing systems where:

Acid is neutralized safely
Plastic is sent for recycling while lead-bearing material proceeds for smelting. This is a standard first stage in lead-acid battery recycling plants.

The molten lead is transferred into refining kettles where impurities like:
